Strength for Life is my highest level of support.
It’s an evidence-based 12-week strength coaching programme designed for those who want personalised strength training, nutrition guidance, and consistent accountability - delivered with medical-level clarity and professional boundaries.
This is not a quick-fix programme.
It’s a structured habit-building system that helps you train consistently, eat with purpose, and finally feel in control of your health.

Strength for Life is right for you if:
This programme relies on partnership, communication and consistency.
If you’re not ready for that yet, Strength Foundations might be a better starting point.
Thank you for your interest in working with Prescription Strength.
I am currently at full capacity for new coaching clients while I focus on supporting existing members and maintaining the quality and level of input I want all clients to receive.
Rather than overextending and offering a service that feels rushed or diluted, I have chosen to temporarily pause new enrolments.
You are welcome to join the waiting list and I will contact you when spaces reopen.
In the meantime, you can still access free resources through the newsletter, podcast, YouTube channel and Instagram.
Do I need to be fit to start?
No. We start exactly where you are.
Do I need to join a gym?
No. Most of my clients do their training at home. My job is to meet you where you are at now, not give you a shopping list.
Is the training at set times?
No. You do your training when it suits you, I do not offer live follow along sessions as everyone's stage is different.
How long will I need to spend training each week?
This depends entirely on how much you want to put in, but you should expect at least 2 x 30 minute sessions or 3 x 20 minute sessions to start to feel the benefits sooner rather than later. This can change as you go along.
Is this suitable if I’m on weight-loss medication?
Yes - strength training is essential during weight loss to preserve muscle.
Do you provide meal plans?
No. I help you build a way of eating that works in real life.
What if I have joint issues, menopause symptoms or chronic conditions?
I adapt the programme specifically for you.
Finding a way of working around health problems is what I do best.
Can I join without a call?
No. I reserve these spaces to ensure I maintain quality contact with everyone who joins.
If you’ve been considering dedicated support to improve your strength, health and consistency, I’d encourage you to enquire.
This allows us to explore whether Strength for Life is the right level of support for you, without any obligation to join.
