Each week includes short video lessons and simple resources to support you in training, recovery, and building healthy, sustainable habits.

This 6 week follow on course is designed to build on the progress you have already made.

You will by now have a baseline of strength and the focus shifts to habit reinforcement, further strength development and continued personal growth and confidence.

For a limited time, your package will include Nutrition for Life too.

Your structured nutrition support plan that builds progressively and supports habit change without it feeling like a diet.
