Balance for Life is a simple 12-week programme designed to help you improve your balance, build strength and stay independent as you get older.

Whether you’ve noticed you’re becoming less steady on your feet, have experienced a fall, or simply want to maintain your confidence and mobility, this programme gives you a structured plan to follow at home.

Created by a doctor and strength coach, it focuses on the skills that matter most for staying active, capable and independent.

However, improving balance, strength, confidence and coordination can help reduce your risk of falling.
