Want to build Strength For Life?

LET'S GO!

Strength for life is my premium 1:1 coaching for those who want structure, accountability and long-term strength.

Coached by a doctor who believes prevention beats pills.

Is this for you ?

Strength for Life is my highest level of support.

It’s an evidence-based 12-week strength coaching programme designed for those who want personalised strength training, nutrition guidance, and consistent accountability - delivered with medical-level clarity and professional boundaries.

This is not a quick-fix programme.

It’s a structured habit-building system that helps you train consistently, eat with purpose, and finally feel in control of your health.

FAQs

Do I need to be fit to start?

No. We start exactly where you are.

Do I need to join a gym?

No. Most of my clients do their training at home. My job is to meet you where you are at now, not give you a shopping list.

Is the training at set times?

No. You do your training when it suits you, I do not offer live follow along sessions as everyone's stage is different.

How long will I need to spend training each week?

This depends entirely on how much you want to put in, but you should expect at least 2 x 30 minute sessions or 3 x 20 minute sessions to start to feel the benefits sooner rather than later. This can change as you go along.

Is this suitable if I’m on weight-loss medication?

Yes - strength training is essential during weight loss to preserve muscle.

Do you provide meal plans?

No. I help you build a way of eating that works in real life.

What if I have joint issues, menopause symptoms or chronic conditions?

I adapt the programme specifically for you.

Finding a way of working around health problems is what I do best.

Can I join without a call?

No. I reserve these spaces to ensure I maintain quality contact with everyone who joins.
