Balance for Life is a structured, evidence based programme designed to help you build better balance, coordination and movement control.

It focuses on the skills that matter as we get older: stability, strength, posture, awareness of movement, and confidence.

This programme is suitable for beginners and for anyone who wants to reduce stiffness, improve daily function, and feel steadier on their feet.

What's included ?

  • Three balance-focused sessions per week (video guided), these progress fortnightly to keep you moving forward
  • Weekly group coaching call (optional)
  • Progression from simple foundations to more challenging drills
  • Run as a group program but sessions are done in your own time
